What strategies were used in WW1? Who created the battle plans and how were they made?

Charles Lucieto was a man that was part of the Allies secret service. He wrote about the research he did about war tactics that helped them develop more strategies. In his book, he talks about how he discovers different elements of war. In the book he explains how Germany uses weapons and war plans to their advantage. He also talks about way to sabotage their enemies. He explains methods in which they will be able to make their weapon and battle tactics more deadly. Lucieto describes new technologies that were developed. The allies developed these technologies to renovate their battle tactics and strategies. These secret spies would report this to battle planners to improve their military strategies. These plans were made because the secret servIOce would inform their allies of new weapons that were being developed and how they would be able to fight back.

These plans were created in 1914 but were forgotten once the war started and wasn't used again till the early 1920's. During the early 1900's Russia didn't have the advanced enough technology to build these kinds of naval ships. Improvements were made based on what was their weakest areas. These tactics were planned for use in naval battles, but they never were due to lack of technology. These drawings were made based on things that would make their military stronger.

They would use these battle plans to know when their enemies would strike and how they would fight back. In the illustration you are able to see the time and distance at which their enemies move. These plans were made by observing the movements and strategies of their enemies to see how they can defend themselves and where the british would be able to attack. They had specific measurements that were very exact.
